We want to ensure that your BrewMunk drinks reach you fresh, fast, and chilled where applicable. Below is our complete shipping policy.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to:
- Bangalore – same-day/next-day delivery
- Pan-India – through partnered courier services
If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
2. Shipping Charges
- Within City: Free delivery within Bangalore; otherwise ₹450 delivery fee
- Rest of India: Shipping charges vary based on weight & location (calculated at checkout)
3. Delivery Timelines
- Within City: 1–2 business days
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Regions: 5–8 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals, or operational issues.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation message
- Tracking link
- Courier partner details
5. Packaging
All orders are shipped with:
- Multi-layer protective packaging
- Cold-safe or insulated packaging when required
- Leak-proof and tamper-evident seals
We ensure your beverage stays safe and intact during transit.
6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
In case delivery fails due to:
- Wrong address
- Customer unavailable
- Phone not reachable
- Refusal to accept the parcel
The courier will attempt redelivery. If still unsuccessful, the order will be marked RTO (Return to Origin).
Refunds in RTO cases will exclude shipping charges.
7. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Email us at support@brewmunk.com
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
