Thank you for shopping with BrewMunk. We are committed to delivering high-quality beverages and ensuring a smooth experience for all customers. Since our products are consumable and perishable, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Because BrewMunk sells ready-to-drink, perishable beverages, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless:
- The item received is damaged, leaking, or spoiled at the time of delivery.
- The item received is incorrect (wrong flavour/variant/quantity).
- The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Conditions for Refund or Replacement
To process your request, the following conditions must be met:
- You must provide photo or video proof of:
- Damaged packaging
- Leaking bottle/can
- Incorrect product delivered
- Expired item
- Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or confirmation message)
- The product must remain unused and unconsumed
If the above conditions are met, we will offer either:
- A full refund to your original payment method,
or - A free replacement shipment, based on availability
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot issue refunds or accept returns if:
- The product has been partially or fully consumed
- The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery
- The issue is due to personal taste preference (e.g., “I didn’t like the flavour”)
- The product was damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Order was placed with incomplete or incorrect address information
- You refused the order without valid reason
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not been packed or shipped.
Once the order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is accepted:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- For UPI/Wallet refunds, you may receive it sooner
Delays may occur depending on your bank/payment provider.
6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If the order fails to deliver due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable
- Phone not reachable
A re-delivery fee may apply. Refunds are not provided for issues caused by customer address errors.
